What are some common conditions that doctors working with HelpCare+ treat?
Common conditions include sinus problems, respiratory infections, allergies, urinary tract infections, cold and flu symptoms, and many other non-emergency illnesses. Providers are available 24/7 by phone, video or mobile app. Your doctor will diagnose your symptoms and provide a treatment plan, which may or may not include a prescription.

Are prescriptions included in the service?
It is up to the doctor to recommend the best treatment. If the doctor prescribes medication, it is submitted electronically or by phone to the pharmacy of your choice.
How do I speak to a doctor?
Scheduling a call with one of our doctors is simple. Register your HelpCare+ account, sign in, and then follow the easy steps to schedule a consult with one of our doctors anytime, anywhere. You can use our free app or through your web browser to connect with the doctor.
Is my electronic health record kept private?
Absolutely! We follow all HIPAA compliance laws. Our Doctors use robust encryption methods to protect your personal information. You determine who can see the information in your record.
